Brookshire Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

As part of the Ambassador Program with the HSV/Madison County Chamber, I attended a ribbon cutting here yesterday. I don't currently have a relative that needs this type of facility, but if I did I would look at this organization as an option. The staff was very nice and the facility was very clean. I highly recommend if you are looking for a safe and caring place to take care of your loved one.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I had a family member that was in this place that has had several strokes,multiple broken ribs,she is paralyzed on one side! They let her sit/lay in her own fecal matter for who knows how long. They had all of her things on the side that she is is paralyzed on! So she couldn't reach or get anything and this was just the first day😩 She complained about not getting fed,so my aunt and cousin took her food! I also have friends that have had family members in this place and they said the same,this place is AWFUL! Definitely wouldn't put any of my loved ones here!

My mom was placed her after she had her seizure back during this summer. The facility and staff is wonderful. They made her feel comfortable and at home and took care of her. Thank you for everything you did! Now my family may have to use your services again since my mom's recent slip and fall. Now she has a broken shoulder and needs medical care again. Hopefully we can get her situated with y'all..

My family and I are so thrilled with the progress of our mom while being treated at Brookshire! Everyone is so nice and supportive. The nursing staff is phenomenal! Danielle Pendall has done an excellent job of treating my mom’s wound and ensuring that it heals properly. The tireless effort of the nurses, managers, CNA’s, and support staff does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you ALL for being such an important asset in my mom’s rehabilitation!

Mom was admitted into their rehab department following an accident. The facility is very clean, she was treated very nicely, and the rehab services were excellent. We were very pleased and would use it again if the need were to arise.
