Brooks Rehabilitation - Center for Low Vision

My wife has a degenerative eye disease and is losing her vision. She has been referred to Brooks Rehab by two retinal specialists. Brooks has failed to reach out to my wife to schedule an appointment. They have never answered their phone, nor have they responded to voicemails. We’ve received zero communications from Brooks, despite months of trying. Exceedingly disappointing and frustrating, particularly given what my wife is going through.

Awesome staff and professional physicians that truly care about my well being. I have been treated at their inpatient and outpatient facilities for more than 27 years. Doctors have changed throughout the history of my injury; but the full down to earth care has not.
