Brooklyn USCE

It's a long review, but stay with me because I have a lot to say. My rotation at Brooklyn USCE was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in my medical journey. I did a rotation at Brooklyn Cancer Care. Dr Khillan is an amazing mentor — he’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about teaching. You learn so much from him, not just about medicine and how the U.S. healthcare system really works, but also about how to navigate different phases of life as a doctor in the US - something you can only learn from someone who's been through the journey and is open to sharing their trials and tribulations honestly. The staff is extremely fun to work with and always willing to help. What I loved most was that you’re actually given real responsibilities — you’re not just shadowing. You

If there is an opportunity to give 10 stars, I will definitely give them to Dr Khillan and his amazing team! During my 4 weeks rotation I have learned a lot of things about US healthcare system. Dr Khillan with a great patience answered all our questions, taught us how to correctly approach patients and take a history of them. It was the rotation with full of new information, friends and interesting time.

My clinical rotation with Dr. Tipu in Family Medicine has been truly outstanding. Dr. Tipu is not only an exceptional physician but also an incredible teacher. I learned so much from him - not just medical knowledge, but also how to approach patients with compassion and professionalism. His entire team has been welcoming and supportive, which made the experience even more enriching. I highly recommend Dr. Tipu and USCE Brooklyn to anyone seeking an excellent clinical rotation experience in the U.S.

I did 2 rotations with Brooklyn USCE in general internal medicine and had a great experience here. This is the only rotation were I got plenty of EMR exposure. There was also a lot of patient interaction. Dr Khillan is very friendly with his students and gives a lot of help and advice about the match and the residency application process. I also got to work on a case report with a team of students during my rotation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the time I spent at Brooklyn USCE and would recommend it to anyone looking for hands-on rotations in the US.

I would highly recommend this rotation to any IMG. It's an amazing opportunity to gain Hands on USCE. Dr. Khillan, who mentored me throughout the journey, was exceptional and provided me with invaluable guidance. During my time there, I met some incredible people from all over the world and formed lifelong friendships. All in all, this rotation was an unforgettable experience and the best I've ever had. If I could, I would give 10 out of 5 stars. To any IMG reading this, go for it!!
