Brooklyn Select Physicians

This is the best pediatrician I have so far for my kids. The pediatrician is very caring. She takes time to explain things to parents. Not only that I like that she gives shots and draws blood instead of using the assistant. The receptionist is awesome. She's so nice and very helpful. She remembers my name and my kids' name. Definitely recommended place to go to.

The doctor is somewhat helpful. Probably should be working with adults though because she seems to not have much patience. They are lacking when it comes to customer service barely ever answering the phone or providing documents in timely manner. Receptionist does not follow through with requests without being nagged. All in all I give this place 2 stars just because of how easy it was to get An appointment when I finally did reach someone on the phone.
