Brooklyn Queens Nursing Home

I am a previous resident at this place. I want to thank Sonny, Brianna and Dominick social service team for treating me like a king. They helped me from day 1 and assisted me with finding an amazing place to be discharged to. I cannot thank them enough for the compassionate care they provided me. They went beyond and above. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Called today in the morning, as I have someone coming here. I was told the supervisor was in a meeting and would call me back. It is now 4:30 pm, and there has been no phone call. This place is trash, just as the negative feedback suggests. Find a better place for your loved ones Update: they send him back to ER, no phone calls. i called 7 times today, voice mails are full, no nurses answer. stay the hell away from this place. You get better treatment at the circus

I was a patient here , the maintenance team was very nice and helpful , my escort anna Watson was really nice and especially my discharge planner Mr sonny really help me get home care and make sure I was okay.

I am a patient here and staff treated me very well , the social work team was very good to me my case manger sunny was very nice and help me get into a new home , my son and I are very happy I'm very excited for the chapter in my life

The administration and nursing staff were pleasant, informative and helpful while protecting the privacy of the patients at the same time.
