Brooklyn Orthodontics

The doctors are absolutely amazing so I will give four stars. However, the receptionist doesn’t answer the phone after repeated calls. Left me on hold then sent to voicemail. I’ve been waiting almost a month for my retainers to be picked up. I paid for two retainers only received one and was told by the receptionist who didn’t do her job properly “I was lucky to even pick up the first retainer “ after THEY told us it would be ready for pick up. This is ridiculous.

The receptionist is extremely ill-mannered and incompetent.She overbooks appointments and is very disrespectful. I made the appointment for my 9 year old in June and when I went in November ,my friend arrives with her two daughters with the same appointment .She had also booked in June.The receptionist first claimed that I don’t have an appointment until I showed her a card she had written for me in June.She snatched it,ripped it up and threw it away and said the appointment is canceled. I asked her why didn’t you inform us ,we could’ve saved the trip and not take the girl out of school. She then claimed she did call. I told her she did not because I did not get any messages or missed calls.She crudely made faces and shrugged. She has always demonstrated discourteous behavior and been rude

Definitely worth 5 stars! Staff were very friendly and professional. The team effort was very obvious (great job everyone). The environment had new equipment and was clean. The communication was very clear in what needed to be done and how to work the payments out. Dr. Mo was super friendly and personable; I liked that. It felt like a family friend and I knew my girls were in good hands. He explained everything to me as he evaluated both of my daughters for braces. We joked and conversed during the evaluation and that was nice! I also appreciated the decor of the office. They had really cool light fixtures and the place was decorated nicely for the Halloween holiday. I am happy that I came to this place. I'm happy that they are providing my daughters braces. Since day one my experience has been amazing, from the front desk to the dental Technicians. Dr Mo is the best , he is so understanding.. Then we have our favorites Jackie and Brittany you guys are the best. ! Thank you for always taking amazing care of my son.

Very well organized and clean office. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, all modern equipment, and the doctors are great from the pediatric dentists to the orthodontists. Everything is great. You can even reach the doctor by email in case you have a question. I’m now starting orthodontic treatment there for my 3rd child!
