I’m not exaggerating when I say this PT changed my life. I went in with daily back pain for years from a lumbar disc. I could barely walk without pain. I had been to several PT clinics for months each, and little seemed to help. I had honestly given up on getting better. After 4 months here, I felt like my life had changed. All PTs but especially Matt give such close attention to details about movements and posture. Matt pointed out several issues, deduced a pattern, and pushed me on exercises in a way that no PT had. This was a totally different experience than larger private equity owed chain clinics in Brooklyn I’d tried before. Months later of keeping up with the same exercises, I’ve started to jog again and have no daily pain. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I have received excellent care here over the past 3 months. My therapist, Matt always checks to see how I’m feeling and adjusts from there. He listens to my symptoms then has me do appropriate exercises. It’s a very personalized experience. Highly recommend!

On two unrelated occasions, he set a program, and clearly communicated every step in a delightful and professional manner. Always ready to explain how each exercise would benefit my recovery. My range of motion and strength quickly returned with clear weekly progress. Having dealt with some doctors who seem to actively try to avoid explanations of their diagnosis and what they are doing and why, Matt is the perfect antidote. I can’t recommend his compassionate patient articulate approach enough.

I love this place I am so thankful to Jon, Matt and Mike for giving me my life back. I was in so much in multiple parts of my body and had tried different PT places but the exercises were making me worse that i had given up. Until a friend recommended this place. Jon helped me regain my strength, was patient and was able to tailor the exercises to my needs. Today i don't have pain, i have started to run again, I feel healthy. 200% recommended.
