I really love this clinic when it's not crowded, & it's very peaceful, beautiful, & a very comfortable clean environment! The nursees doctors & the receptionists are nice however, one of the receptionists refuses to fax my paperwork to my other doctor in Queens. She said was going to her lunch break, but she was still sitting at her window desk, while I had to ask for the other female receptionist to fax my paperwork for me & it "only" took her few minutes. Never had any problems at the Podiatry clinic, until now.

I use this location for various appts. Ive had the pleasure to meet Jodi a clerk and Wendy who is Dr Silva's assistant. These 2 ladies show professionalism,patience and most of all respect for patients. Multitasking is definitely something they both perfect at. Just their positive vibes alone makes you want to revisit this location. Not to mention the cleanliness of the facility is ALWAYS on point.

I had such a wonderful experience at Brooklyn Health Center! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Lowery April is an exceptional doctor she’s patient, thorough, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Nurse Carolina was also amazing so warm, professional, and gentle. She helped me feel at ease right away, and her kindness did not go unnoticed. Every member of the staff was friendly, efficient, and respectful. The entire team works together beautifully, creating a calm and positive environment. I’m so grateful for their dedication and care. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality healthcare with a personal touch!

I had a truly great experience at Brooklyn Health Center. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and respected. The attention they give is outstanding—they actually make the appointment for you, which made things incredibly easy and stress-free. The center itself is very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly peaceful. I don’t know if I just got lucky with the timing, but it wasn’t busy at all, which made the whole experience even better. If you have kids, there’s even a small room set up for them, which shows how thoughtful they are about making the space family-friendly. I want to give a special mention to Yaneth, who was so kind and patient with me. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring
