If you think the staff is pleasant, wait until you meet the doctor! Exceptionally kind, understanding, ask you questions concerning how you feel, what is the most pressing thing right now. Doesn't blame you for the past, instead he looks towards fixing it. And he takes his time to listen ( with his assistant taking notes). Able to tell you what he sees in layman terms, and what can be done. He gives you hope where you have lost it. Looking forward to all my appointments and procedures, instead of dreading it!!
