Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing

This is a beautiful facility Well equipped for the patients. The staff is courteous and very polite and quite helpful. The patience appear to be well cared for and happy. It has only one flaw, the internet reception is very poor for outsiders ( visitors) especially if you use paratransit pick up. I could not get any reception to call my paratransit pick up. However the staff help me get in touch with the paratransit company.

I was treated terribly by a security guard at this facility. Several days ago, the security guard refused to let my family out the back door to go to our car which was parked in the lot. Instead of stating it nicely, as most would do in an initial interaction with someone, he screamed. Several days later, on 2/6/26 around 7:30pm, he refused to let me park in the lot and would not open the gate. I called the facility to inquire why and I was not provided with a reason just yelling. When I told him parking was one of the reasons we picked the facility for my grandmother, he screamed, “don’t tell me you picked the facility for parking.” As my family travels from quite a distance, parking was our deciding factor as there are plenty of facilities in Brooklyn where staff treat visitors well and

The facility has been good rehab is amazing. When you have concerns and you get to the right people they resolve it pretty quickly. The nurses are really good too especially on the 3rd floor. If you plan on coming here and you need someone to help out while you here try to reach out to Clarence the patient advocate or someone in Admin

Very clean ,very pleasant. Quiet,the receptionist are nice and they were even playing bingo when I was there. The patience rooms are big and clean,staff is very attentive and nice.

The center is very clean the staff helps out a lot i have been here for almost a month and my experience has been good so far. Food is not that great but if you get past it then you will have a good time here
