Our last appt. was with Dr. Larsen at Sheepshead Bay to finalize our order of my husband's hearing aids. We can't say enough of how knowledgeable and supportive Dr. Larsen has been. She explains all and guides you to the fit that is best for you. The office staff deserves praise as well in being efficient and very pleasant to deal with. This is a new experience for us and we feel we are in good hands. We highly recommend Dr. Larsen.

I had an outstanding experience at this audiologist office in Brooklyn. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciated. The doctor was exceptional — patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain every step of the evaluation, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide the best possible care. I left with a clear understanding of my hearing health and felt confident in the recommendations given. It’s rare to find a medical office that combines expertise, compassion, and great customer service, but this place truly does.

I'll admit, at first there was sticker shock. Professionally administered hearing aids are expensive but, WOW!!, these guys are really good. Exceptional would be a better word for the care and thoughtfulness they give their clients. My hearing is like a 20 year old and I'm turning 77 in two weeks. If you've decided it's time to do something about your hearing, or lack thereof, please, please give Brooklyn Audiology a call. Believe me, you will not regret it.
