Brookland Cayce Medical Practice

Dr. Hardwick don't care about me or my health. She does not want to give me my hysterectomy for what I don't know I once had to wait almost a month to be treated for BV I told her I was in pain she said stop using tampons and still had to wait to get a prescription to clear up the infection. Regardless of how I care for myself should not effect her treatment of my conditions. They even switched my doctor then switched it back to Hardwick when I got there. I just want to be taken seriously and be treated fairly

My mom has been going to him for years and she's almost 90 and Dr. Floyd and his staff are becoming inattentive and we are now looking for another physician. The receptionist literally hung up in her face the other day because she called about a referral. We cannot put up with this unprofessional behavior.

Staff is very unprofessional during phone conversations. The dont care attitude was heavily displayed. I called about a prescription, which was sent to the Co-op pharmacy by Prisma Pulminology. The prescription had to be rewritten by a Dr. of the BC practice in order to be filled at the co-op pharmacy. Needless to say, eventhough the prescription was sent a day prior I still was not able get the needed medication because it was never rewritten. I called numerous times thru out the day only to be lied to about it being done. Now its friday and Im without the meds till next week..I've visited the office twice in the past and only once did I get the feeling of being in a proper medical setting. Not good

I’ve seen the reviews but I was treated well a nurse took time to talk to me about my condition/ symptoms… And it was heart felt I look Foward to going back and hope it goes well .

Unfortunately I had to give a star to write the review. This facility is the worst ever! Does not matter if you have an appointment, you will be in there for hours! Staff is rude from the moment you walk in the door ( especially the check in and out receptionist to SOME of the employees ). It's nothing but unprofessional and rude staff. Some of the staff members even said they were looking for another job because it was nothing but drama there. About 2 of the staff members actually were nice and you can tell they were either new or just loved their job and hated that this facility ran the way they did. I have NEVER seen a office ran as poorly as this place. I have moved to Cayce-West Columbia Primary Care on North Brown street, also ran under Eau Claire... please consider, because they are
