You don't care, and you're definitely not compassionate! My husband could die from prostate cancer, you won't do the procedure until we pay first? Our home just burnt down, homeless for 3 months. Lost 50 years of our things and you want money first. That's not caring or compassionate. Doctors in brookhaven are a joke. If you can find a doctor, my husband sees a nurse, that hasn't called him back for 2 weeks! My husband also needs a cardiologist for a procedure. My mri wadv2 months ago. Stage 3 brain cancer. You won't give me one until I pay 4,000 first! The insurance like Medicare and medicaid are horrible. We didn't have co pays in Asheville nc. Our situation is worse than it has ever been. All my doctors are specialists. 25 a pop 5 in a month, sometimes more. Disabled ppl cant afford

Excellent care. Excellent customer service at the counters. Helpful! Attentive. They ask lots of questions to find solutions and answers. They are quick to work you in when needed.

I had a very good experience with Dr Clark yesterday. He was very understanding of my situation. He was very concerned about my quality of life while treatments are ongoing. I appreciate that very much. Yes you should go see Dr Clark and Brookhaven Urology.

I’ve been waiting on test results for 3 week ,the nurses don’t return phone calls in a timely manger I’ve called several times ,left messages and no one returns my calls STILL! I understand their busy but they have yet to return my phone calls . I don’t recommend!

Dr. Duff’s office staff is rude and doesn’t file insurance in a timely manner. It’s been a month and they still haven’t filed my insurance.
