Awful experience, if you care about your health or the health of your family members, do not go to this office. Absolutely uncaring unprofessional staff, who will jeopardize your care. I made so many calls to this office, they don’t pick up the phone, they hang up, the administrator of the office told me she has no time to talk and need to leave while we were on the 3 way call with the office and my father transportation company. I was left with the transportation company myself on the phone trying to figure out what to do. I was advised to file a complaint with DOH compliance department. They are absolutely ignorant to their patients needs.

It’s hard to get someone on the phone, my doctor from another office had called this clinic numerous time no answer she even left voice messages and sent over paperwork for my doctor there to sign it’s been 4 months and no one at brookdale got back to my doctor concerning a time sensitive surgery. I had to go up there myself and wait around for 4 hours to get the doctor to sign already filled out paperwork. This is disgusting and poor service, the only reason why I considered going to this office was the convenience it afforded me.

I've had such an awful experience with not only the front desk, but my doctor as well. I decided to check the reviews while I'm on hold (for the past 30 minutes and counting). Not only do they never answer the phone but the front staff if you, for some reason want to walk in physically, to make an appointment are extremely dismissive and rude. While going on for my first check up with Dr. Nora Zilber, she was not only slurring her words, she asked me what questions that she was supposed to be asking ME meant. If these are the people who are supposed to take care of my neighborhood, I have 0 faith an ill person would get better here. I've had issues multiple times and was only scheduled for a Over-the-phone appointment when Im having physical issues that were never resolved. Bottom line,

Horrible, just horrible service! I have been calling and sending emails for over 2 weeks for a very important and time sensitive appointment. No one calls back and not once have I ever been able to reach anyone by phone. You are paid to do a job, do it!! Answer the phones, respond to emails and maybe this facility wouldn't get such bad reviews.
