These people are rude. They make you appointments and don’t even follow through with the appt times, will have you sitting for two hours before seeing seen. I don’t even know how this place is still open it needs to be shut down like yesterday. How can you run a clinic to help people when you have nasty rude people. The doctors aren’t much help, the GI doctors isn’t much help either. This place is disgusting right along with the workers. I took my son his first time here to do blood work and the lady poked me first and then used the same needle to poke my son and says luckily you’re his mom. Everyone here is rude, unprofessional and just nasty right along with their work place

The receptionist is extremely unprofessional. Just moved to Brooklyn and wanted to enroll my son as a new patient. If the receptionist is horrible I could only imagine the doctors. I will be looking for another office for sure

Two reception ladys and the one with color hair at the desk have no manners for their age idk who hurt them but they take forever to just check you in I don’t leave there until like 3 hours from now from the doctors and nurses I came in just to get a damn flu shot that I still didn’t get because I gotta wait on a damn text and reception act like they don’t see you but she over playing monopoly go m and the other she busy talking on the phone like she doing something horrible clinic can’t stand coming here everytime I come in I gotta wait ages just to leave then the lady with the color hair who sits in the front to one time I came in she act like she can’t print out my physical form next time telling me I gotta do it myself next time she said it very rudely everyone needs to count there day

Get rid of all of the nasty rude receptionist’s:.. the guys & lady attitude is nasty :.. they do not need to be behind anyone’s desk :.. they don’t know how to talk or handle people :…

It’s sad most patients are from the neighborhood, nearby, in Pink Houses or Cypress & we all have the same reviews! Most of us literally only come here because Dr. Sidique is still employed here. My mother has been bringing me to this clinic since I was born and that lady has been my doctor ever since. And KIA was their best receptionist they’ve ever had, she’ll always turned your frown into a smile. There’s no reason you should be waiting an hour or two past your appointment time. The women that are employed here have been there for over 30 years with the same attitude and do not take patient’s time seriously. Hopefully soon someone will take our reviews into consideration.
