I love it here. I love my kids’ pediatrician Dr. Arca, is the BEST and Sweetest! Not to mention Desa, Margret ( lab tech- she always find my kids veins), the front desk staff ( Lorenzo, Ricardo, Camille , Carlos etc.) Also, the other staff members and the lovely team from Healthy Steps! Thank you all for Always being attentive. It’s a family environment! Thank you all! King’s mommy/friends&family.🙏🏾

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The staff are rude, you can never get them through the phone. I went there with my Mom to signed a health care proxy Nurse Anna Diamond refused to be a witness, and also refused to speak with my mom, and myself about her health care plan. Doctor Banu kept sending my mom to do Mammograms/ Ultrasound every couple months .when I try to speak to them about my mom plan of care nurse/and doctor refused to speak to me. Also the Nurse gave my mom TB Mantoux test. When my mom have a positive chest x-ray which is Good for five years. The doctors are not competent of their jobs, and does not care about the patients health. Worst place to let your love one go. I wouldn’t even trust them with my dog. This place is a joke. I'm a home care taker and I strongly believe that my patient is as victim of identity theft. I explained my situation and was transferred to the manager. I asked just for them to confirm if my patient was attending their clinic, just one look will prove otherwise, and I even provided the name and number of the person who's committing the crime. I did not ask for any information to be given to me over the phone nor am I asking for any confirmation. I was simply providing information for them to check and verify for themselves and do something about this situation. Yes, I plan on reporting this case of identity fraud to the police, but I wanted to inform the clinic first so that they can stop the person from using services that do not rightly belong to them. We love this clinic especially Dr.Valdez and Dr. Arca very good peditricians. Sometimes it's a long wait most times without an appt you get seen by a nurse and if needed the Dr. I live in Staten Island and still travel to Brooklyn to take my kids to thier doctor.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of them to make an appointment for over two months. Every time I call I wait for over 10 minutes for someone to pick up and nothing… the only reason I come here is because Dr.Arca is an amazing person and pediatrician. Otherwise, pretty frustrating at this point.
