I walk in and ask to buy a certain laxative “where are the laxatives?” he brings me to a shelf where there is MiraLAX and some psyllium and maybe benefiber. I tell the guy I need colace. Not an arduous task for a pharmacy you know? The guy stands there and gives me a blank look so I walked out. I don’t have time for this BS. Any drugstore has it!!! how lame!

Brook specialty pharmacy always makes sure my daughter and I receive our medications on time they are the best been using for years now highly recommend this place

I just called the pharmacy to see if I have omeprazol and the lady told me it's closed this is bullshit I am gonna change pharmacy since you guys wanna act like it's close at this time this is ridiculous

My doctor sent my medication here to help speed up and assist with the prior authorization process and for most of the year they did an service was great. But 2-3 months ago they stopped and refused assisting ( with no explanation) and put me in a back and forth with my primary care doctor and left me without my medication for a month.even when my medication was approved and was available for pickup they still refused to provide me with my medication using the same prior authorization excuse. I had to switch pharmacies in order to finally pick up my medication which only took like 3 days.

The worse pharmacy I have ever encountered. No accountability, professionalism or desire to self correct. Failed to call for insurance info then failed to communicate and deliver properly. Four days of wasted phone conversations and still no medication. Dose is now a week overdue and a new pharmacy needed to be found.
