Rebecca was absolutely wonderful!!!🥰🥰🥰 I have a disability and she was very helpful in making sure I feel cared for and that the doctors and technicians were sensitive to my disability medical needs. I am so grateful to her for letting a supervisor know right away when the technician was discriminating against my disability when I tried to make the technician aware of my needs. They gave me a new technician Ashley who was so sensitive to my needs and Dr Schulhof was so caring and sensitive to my needs and explained everything step by step which I really needed. Naika was very kind and answered all my questions!🥰🥰🥰

Very satisfied. Had cataract surgery. Very clean. Staff & medical personnel were very professional from the moment I walked in until the minute I left. Going back next week for the other eye feeling much less apprehensive.

This place used to be a great place for me, my mom and also my children.. I don't know what workers there have done with it..I just called to schedule an appointment. Somebody answered. Have you been here before, I answered yes but with a different insurance..She put me on hold until now, never get back to me. I kept calling music playing no one picked up. When finally someone answered book plaza please hold. I wanted to say something about my long time waiting on the line, but that was in vain.Terrible service.I can say, the workers at a place can make it great at the meantime can bring it down low too as well. Depending on the way they care about the job that's putting money in their pocket or putting food on their table.
