Beware if you want a specific technician....I wanted a spray tan before a cruise. My nail tech and esthetician both recommended going here and having Tiffany do it. They said she was the best on the southside! I made the appointment specifically with Tiffany. I was nervous but assured I was going to the best. Well, I show up for my appt that morning at 10am and another lady comes out and says she will be doing my spray tan because Tiffany didn't have another appointment until 11am, so this way she did not have to come in until then. They could have contacted me and asked if I was okay with that or want to switch appt times. The other lady was okay but I felt extremely rushed and the results were mediocre. I paid over $60 for a spray tan that was suppose to be different than the basic but it was not. I asked for medium, some areas are medium some areas have no color and some areas are orange. DO NOT use this place. Waste of money. Not going to post pics of stomach which has barely any color. I could do a better job myself with self tanner. And I have called several times, no one answers. Left voicemail asking for manager but no return call.

I made 3 appointments for spray tans 2 days before my wedding. Myself and both of my bonus daughters as they were in the wedding also. WE WERE ALL 3 ORANGE, discolored in area and the back of my legs were completely untouched. ! My hands were so so bad! I spent 4 hours the day before my wedding trying everything to exfoliate as all of us know when you get married everyone wants to look at your ring well it was extremely embarrassing to show mine off. I have been here multiple times to get a spray tan all with Ashley until they fired her. She was amazing and gave me great tans. The past few times I’ve been going and been with Michelle and Tiffany the tans have been atrocious. No coverage on some areas, too much on others, hands look embarrassing. Never going back.

Emily is the best nail tech I have ever found. She does an amazing job, is very professional, and stands behind her work. She always makes sure I get exactly what I ask for and has even custom made colors for me on a few occasions. I am tough on manicures, but I have gotten so many compliments since I started seeing her and my nails still look great after 3 weeks. I highly recommend her!
