On March 2nd 2020, I was told that I can bring my daughter in as a walk in Mondays- Fridays from 8am to 10:30am. On March 3rd 2020 I brought my daughter in as a walk in. I got there at 10am I was told that my daughter cannot be seen today. I said why not, the receptionist said to me, your daughter cannot be seen today. I said why, she said we do not accept walk ins. I said I called on March 2nd 2020, I was told that I can bring my daughter as a walk in. So she was not trying to hear me out. I said, can I speak to a supervisor. I explained to the supervisor that I called and emailed my daughter's doctor and I also called the 1650 1650 Selwyn Avenue 3rd floor was told that my daughter can come in as a walk in, plus I wasted $20 on a taxi, the supervisor said unfortunately there's nothing

Their surgery scheduling is the worst,they tell you one time an don't see you for hours and hours.Just like Mt Sinai, I wonder if they are connected . This is a mental mill.

Not very efficient or effective in patient concerns and affairs. Would give zero stars if possible

The number up there is wrong

My Father went to see a neurologist at this location her name is Olga Rubalsky. She asked him if he had any surgeries performed and he reponded yes on hes shoulder he then went to show her hes shoulder and she freaked out telling him to not get close to him and was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! and yelling. He then explained he also had a rinding in the ear and her answer was everybody has a ringing in the ear. This doctor literally does not care, has zero business being at this location. The people of the bronx deserve better than this.
