They were awesome. I will be bringing my new cat here. They took care of my Deuce until her last breath. I went to them to get her cremated and they gave me her ashes back with such care and even added a certificate of cremation with well wishes. I would definitely recommend them. Get there early or make a reservation for sure as they're always busy.

Thank you all so much! From the gentleman at the front desk to the young man who brought out my fur baby, the tech, the young lady assisting, and the vet himself — everyone was absolutely wonderful. It was a very busy, hectic day when we came in, but they still made us feel cared for and important. My fur baby had an ear infection, and he’s doing so much better now! I’m beyond grateful for the care he received. I was so scared for my dog (and honestly for my pockets too!), but this office was not only compassionate and professional, they were also very affordable. I also appreciate that they’re open on Saturdays — that’s such a blessing. Hopefully we won’t need to be back anytime soon, but if my pup ever needs anything, this is exactly where we’ll be coming. The staff Mary very very good to my dog attentive and broke down the bill to us, so I didn’t feel like I was being robbed. Dr. Ritchie Kristy was amazing with blue gave me advice on his allergies and what products are best for him took the time to express the allergies are common in dogs, but we have to be mindful of the food and the stuff that we use for his skin. Very very informative Appreciate the treatment that was given to blue Also was able to speak to the manager and expressed my concern with the front desk receptionist I was told that it will be handled, and I appreciate that she was attentive and listened to my concern due to the fact that I’ve been going to this vet office for years and I’ve never got that treatment..

Update: I wish I could give this place 10 stars because they did amazing with both my babies. They even recommended a 1yr flea/tick prevention so I don’t have to worry about that until next year. Seriously, if you are looking for good quality care for your pets without breaking the bank this place is amazing you won’t regret it. Thank you Bronx Veterinary Center for taking amazing care of my babies.❤️❤️ The doctor and nurses here was really good with Fifi and they were patient with me answering all the questions I have as this is my first kitten. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for care for their fur babies.

Attentive staff. From front desk to, to assistant, to vet, to techs! Jazz is especialy wonderful. Friendly and caring. Dr. Ricci was thorough and thoughtful in listening to my concerns. This site is clean and comfortable. My wait was over 90 minutes long after my appointment but there was an emergency that came in and I have been in that position before so I totally understand why the wait was long. Just know this place is worth the wait! So brong some scooby snacks be PATIENT!
