Extremely unorganized! My friend is 7 months pregnant and went in for bloodwork which she was told she was not supposed to eat beforehand and they had her waiting FOUR HOURS before taking her blood. A pregnant woman waiting from 9am until nearly 1pm! Without food since the night before! Absolutely ridiculous! You guys need to do better, this is peoples health you’re dealing with to just brush it off as if waiting 4 hours for bloodwork is normal. Absolutely not.

I don’t even know where to start. This place is so unprofessional. Receptionist is eating while making appointments food just everywhere . That alone turned my stomach. But then answers the phone hangs up on someone and I quote says I ain’t got time for this. Doctor comes out and asks a patient can you come back tomorrow we are trying to attend a cancer event. They make appointments and cancel a day before over the phone . It just a mess in this place . And the staff is so rude !! Would not recommend!!

Worst place ever, do not recommend. You get ignored by staff and can’t get in contact with none of the doctors. You be stuck in a game of transfer the call where you’ll be told someone left a message for a follow up.

I had a great experience for my first visit to the office, everyone was nice and helpful. the provider Sanchez was quick and effective and the MA crew was also very professional and prompt.
