Bronx Treatment Center: 828 East 149th

My experience at the Bronx Treatment Center at 828 East 149 is in a great location. Easy to get to. Inside is verybpresentable,and clear. Love that the bathroom is in the front lobby. Dr..Fadel.was very professional. He communicated efficiently as well as his assistant. I thank Dr. Victoria for her referral from 3991 White plains Road..The Bronx Treatment is a One Stop Medical Shop. The staff even dealt with a very disruntle patient who was late. Too knotch. Okerrrr.Thank you all.

I have now been without my birth control for a whole entire month. I called at least once every week to get the doctor to refill my prescription. Takes more than 20 minutes to even get a receptionist to answer the call and other times I cant even get a hold of anyone. Sometimes I feel like someone picks up and hangs up the phone when calling back after not getting an answer the first time. When getting through I am told that my message would be relayed to the Dr. and I should hear back from someone. I am now on week 4 and have yet to receive my prescription or even a call back. Today I found a new provider due to lack of communication.
