Bronx Treatment Center: 5235 Broadway

i went there for appointment day, they said appointment is on call. came back home waited the entire day but no one call. seems like they are good for only hispanic community. very disappointed

My experience at Bronx Treatment Center was horrible. I went to see my primary care doctor and was first told the wait would be about two hours. When I returned, they said there were three people ahead of me, which I understood and accepted. However, after they took my blood pressure and basic vitals, two women arrived after me and were taken in before me. I was still waiting while I had to leave for work, and no one could explain why they were seen first even though they arrived later than I did. The lack of organization and communication was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Patients should be treated fairly and given clear information about wait times and order of care.
