Bronx Physical Therapy And Rehabilitation

This review is long over due. I had bunion surgery on both feet a few years ago. I found this place by chance and I’m so happy I did. The owner is an absolute gem! She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. I was having trouble with toe mobility. The therapist recommended an exercise I could do at home with marbles (they didn’t have any in house). The owner overheard, stepped out, and a few minutes later came back in with marbles in hand. Her Administrators also helped me get a few extra sessions covered by my insurance. The healing process was arduous, but her and her team literally helped to get me back on my feet. I’m forever grateful.

One of the best therapy place we have been to. All of the staff are very friendly. They have a good number of exercise equipments and they are sanitized regularly. And they still encourage masks which is great considering the safety of all patients. Highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for good therapy treatment for any inquiry or disability.

The administrative & PT staff are all great. Everyone is very kind, professional, & welcoming. They do their very best to make it a very “home-ish” & family oriented. I’ve noticed they accommodate & serve a very diverse patient population. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone. I’ve been a patient here for a few months, and I’ve been very, very satisfied

Interning here has been a great experience and I enjoyed every bit of it. The Physical Therapist and Assistant Physical Therapist were so sweet, friendly, and super engaging. They always went above and beyond for their patients. I really enjoyed learning from them. The manager, Ms Nilsa is the kindest person I’ve ever met. She’s so friendly and cares and treats everyone (including staff and patients) like family. She once had a birthday cake and signed cards for a patient’s birthday. And on Mother’s Day, she bought flowers for every woman— patient and staff— who came in that day. Everyone at this place is great at their job, super polite, professional, and nice! I would 1000% recommended visiting or doing physical therapy at this location!!

I found this place by looking for the best physical therapy office in the Bronx. Bronx Physical Therapy And Rehabilitation popped up with five stars. I read he reviews and began physical therapy 09/21. Excellent and definitely five stars. Professional, caring, and you feel that the staff truly want you rehabilitated. Positive environment and follow mandated COVID-19 guidelines. Love the staff.
