I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I had already transferred my children to another location some time ago because the interactions with the front desk staff and doctors previously felt off. However, I returned for myself due to a toothache and visible damage to my wisdom tooth. To start with a positive note, the dental hygienist and the staff member who performed my X-rays were both professional and kind. Unfortunately, the rest of the visit was frustrating. I had an amazing experience at Robert W. Frankel, D.M.D., P.C. & Associates. From the moment I walked in, the entire dental staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. They went above and beyond by expediting my crown, which I truly appreciated, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The level of care, efficiency, and attention to detail was outstanding. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

First time at this dental office for myself, I live near by and found it on google. Reviews were great so I called to inquire if they accepted my insurance and they do. I was able to set up a profile on the phone with Elizabeth and she got me an appt within a week which I was so happy about because my old dental office never had appts until after your next due date. I arrived and checked in with Rebecca and she explained everything to me and she also helped me get an appt for all 3 of my boys. Rebecca and Elizabeth were nice, personable and helpful and fast! I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated how gentle and attentive they were during the procedure.
