I had a great experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was friendly, professional, kind, and accommodating, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Wait time was minimal, and the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns without any rush. The office was extremely clean and I was able to get the help I needed without any complications. Highly recommend.

51 West 125th Street location has A rude staff disrespectful very argumentative gyn phone representative refuses to connect to supervisor when asked. This place is disorderly unorganized overcrowded and just wants to charge the insurance company medicaid or whatever is being used. I’ve been waiting two weeks for test results and no one has contacted me yet it’s always me reaching out leaving msgs for the doctor to contact me and getting excuse. When I ask to have my medical records transferred to my primary care physician I get more excuses and rudely hung up on. ODA Healthcare center is much better and worth the travel never dealt with problems like this from other healthcare providers.

The lady in the back is so nice and was very helpful. she makes sure the customers are more than satisfy and comfortable when you leave the place. Definitely will be returning. Also the doctor William was very respectful and nice. I will definitely recommend this clinic to other people.

The way they work is great. 😊 I give them beyond a 5 star ⭐️. I recommend this clinic any day. They do everything with care and very respectful very mindful very demure 💯
