I have visited this location on several occasions at first everything seems ok. Not well kept gives off an old smell However the facility for sure is understaffed and needs enhancement. Beds don’t work, wall paper falling off the walls , Staff seems to always have a attitude… I have seen roaches and Bathroom had a flood and water ran out into the hall water no maintenance there to get to it right away. But this took the cake I had food taken to my god father and he asked for it to be placed in the refrigerator so that he can have it for his lunch the next day. Only for him to ask for his food and when got it most his food was eaten out of the boil I am so disappointed and disgusted by this. How could this be possible for someone to be so inconsiderate and bold. This is not somewhere I woul

This is thee worst place to send your loved ones to. This place has mice running rampant, staff not attentive and staff are doing whatever they want. Staff ate my father’s food but left fish heads, this was beyond disgusting and it shows they don’t care about the clients. I don’t recommend this place at all!

Very good people,make everybody fell at home. I LOVE GO THERE to visit my as aunt,she is very happy there.

We wish to commend the staff at Bronx center in particular the staff on the second floor. My father William Conde was there for over a month and received excellent care. Had an incredibly positive experience at this facility. Staff was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and kind. I felt very supported by the entire medical team. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately! I will definitely use them again if needed for any future rehabilitation care of any family member. Highly recommend! **Special acknowledgment to the entire 3rd floor staff!!!
