Bronson Outpatient Pharmacy - Kalamazoo

I feel as though customer service has gone downhill in the past few months. Every time I speak with someone in the pharmacy, from drop off to pick up to calling and the gift shop cashiers, I always get a condescending response. I asked if one of my meds was able to be refilled with multiple refills available (as per the bottle) and they acted like I didn’t even have that prescription. I’ve been going here for years but will be switching.

Always friendly, prompt, and professional whenever I get my prescriptions filled. Reasonably priced also.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy all my life. I recently been having issues every month treated as if I don’t know the price or the process of the medications on my insurances that I get each month that comes out of my pocket! I have to advocate & mentally prepare myself each time. I have tried to make the process easier for myself by telling them to put in notes to help the processes go smoothly & they didn’t do it the first time. Going into the following month I once again obviously had the same issue and they told me no note was put in. I have done everything I can on my end to not have to argue with someone because they feel they know best & aren’t listening to me. I have two insurances I was told it’s because there are multiple bluecross on file they have a hard time which obviously t

I gave them a 3 star due to the fact of how slow they are to process your prescription/s. Even though the doctor may have sent or called them down over an hour ago. Then you go to retrieve them and they’re not available for another twenty minutes or so. All the while they’re standing around chitchatting with each other. They definitely can stand to do better. And have better telephone etiquette skills along the way.

Very very satisfied with there customer service VERY prompt with getting my prescriptions the same day I wish they offered bubble packs I would move all my business with them thank you pharmacy staff
