Brondon Foot and Ankle

I’m Active military, I’ve been suffering from Plantar fasciitis with both my feet for a while. Finally decided to get checked out and I’m very happy with the service provided at this location. They even went out of their way and helped with a few other problems I had which is appreciate. Very beautiful family owned clinic and I’m looking forward to any further treatment. Definitely deserves a higher rating than what’s shown

The office was polite and friendly. I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Brondon was amazing. He took care of my ingrown nails after being in pain for 30 years. Wish I had this procedure years ago. I can now wear dress shoes without pain. Thank you!!

I had a very positive experience at Brondon. The doctor addressed my heel pains with a 3-fold approach that worked with my insurance and provided relief. The staff, techs, and Doctor were all great to deal with and welcoming

I had an appointment and completed it, they failed to send paper work to the VA, I contacted them several times, I got different information each time, VAs fault, but VA waiting for their paperwork, I got everything Brondon office asked for, including the doctor and fax number. Called a month later and no progress because now they had a different story. Because I asked to be allowed to finish my sentence, as she thought what she had to say was more important she hung up on me. I don’t like that I called back talked to someone else, got another story, told them they are too much trouble I’ll buy my shoes myself and hung up. Because of diabetes I get a pair of shoes a year, if your care giver is in the VA, find another foot doctor.

Mr. & Mrs. Doctor Brondon provided incredible care for me before and after my foot surgery. They were clear and thorough when explaining my surgery and after care, and made it very easy to understand. Their office team explained my insurance coverage (which all providers are required by law to do) and provided my out of pocket expense which helped me prepare. They contacted me to complete the necessary paperwork prior to my surgery and it went smoothly. They are a full service office with skilled and caring Providers that are naturally kind and bend over backwards to meet your needs by getting you in quickly for an appointment. They understand when you are in pain, you need their help now. I will not schedule with a Provider that takes weeks or months to get in to see. This office
