I’m considering contacting The Board Of Registration in Dentistry due to the unpleasant experience My children and I encountered on the day of Sept. 5th 2025, the day of My baby’s appointment. As soon as I walked into the room I was suddenly bombarded with why I chose not to extract My 1 year old’s teeth instead of discussing the reasoning of that day’s appointment. The dentist was very unprofessional and argumentative with Me in front of My children. I’ve never felt so pressured into making a decision. Extremely pushing the unnecessary treatment as though I had no choice and other options. Very poor communication skills. She was more concerned about the extraction than My child’s visit that day. I informed her they are other options and she basically dismissed My child’s procedure and tol

My child went for a cleaning. The woman doing the cleaning was so impatient. Telling my child “what are you scared for” having an attitude, frustrated with a 4 year old…putting her hands on her to the point I had to step in a tell her let me do it stop touching my child. It was making me overstimulated. My child was fearful. I let the front desk know and I was never contacted regarding this issue. Definitely in search of a better dentist for my daughter !

The staff are always cheerful and friendly. They try to make the best out of your time there, but IF I had to give criticism, I'd say the wait time is a little long. I go there on Saturday's once a month, and I find myself waiting for a little while on the chair. Everything else is amazing. Highly recommend the place.

Both my daughters go here for orthodontic and dental work. The workers are personable and thorough with explaining everything their going to do and why. It's a clean and pleasant office to go to. I recommend this is the place to take your children

They're excellent dentist for kids. They have really nice staff here. All 4 of my children have gone here. No issues at all.
