This hospital completely failed my loved one in every possible way. What happened was traumatic, terrifying, and absolutely unacceptable. My loved one was physically assaulted by hospital public safety ;choked, grabbed by the neck, and thrown against a hospital bed. Watching a grown man violently handle a 5’2” young woman in a place that is supposed to provide care and protection is something no family should ever have to witness. She was severely anemic and in a vulnerable medical condition, yet instead of being treated with urgency and compassion, she was treated like a problem to be removed. We had a wonderful experience with this hospital, er doctors and nurses very very Good. And also my wife was there for almost a week, nurses very nice, respectfully, and very professional, specially A Nurse that goes by the name of Maddy. I never saw a professional Nurse just like her. My wife love her so much, she knows how to take care of patients. Maddy always went above and beyond for my wife, and she constantly checked on her. We also noticed that, the same care, and love, and level of professionalism that she dedicated to my wife she was also doing the same to the other patient. Place is unorganized, information is always given in pieces not in full. Nurses are lazy, and rude if I could go down to zero stars I would. I had a bad experience here with my pregnancy and current family members. Do yourself a favor and head to the city or near by town. This hospital should have been shut down not re done.

I recently had a baby here and I honestly can’t thank the labor and delivery staff enough for helping me! I didn’t have the easiest induction and all of the nurses were very understanding and supportive. I especially want to thank Emma, Jocelyn, Jennifer, Melissa, and Erinda for helping me stay positive and strong through the whole process! Dr. Waters is absolutely amazing at what she does, she’s very kind, sweet, loving, and supportive. Without Dr. Waters help through the very end I didn’t know if I could do it. They made my awful pregnancy end on a good note and positive, with loving people to share it with. Thank you again for helping me stay mentally sane and helping me push through! Er is a joke, went in at 1 not called in till 930 pm 12/30 , sob spitting up blood and passed out on top of that chest pain. Then we’re triaged in the waiting room . The nurse and md that was taking intakes were talking about patients and seeing the way they treat patients, I wouldn’t want to go there let alone my family or friends. The security guards swear and play around and just gossip to and don’t really check people coming in either , safety especially in Brockton. The greeters desk are just like the nurses didn’t care if people can’t walk dnt offer to help either and talk rude. Get back I’m out in hallway even though open rooms so I seen all, nurses drop stuff on ground still use, then tech and nurses stand around once again gossiping about patients!
