I recently visited Broadway Family Dental and had an amazing experience with Dr. Ella Dekhtyar, D.D.S. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Dekhtyar is truly great at what she does — professional, caring, and incredibly skilled. She takes her time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re completely at ease throughout the visit. It’s no surprise she’s been recognized as a Top Dentist 2025 by NY Top Dentists — the award is well deserved! The office is clean, modern, and the whole team goes above and beyond to make each visit pleasant. I highly recommend Broadway Family Dental and Dr. Dekhtyar to anyone looking for top-quality dental care.

I went to the dentist feeling super nervous, but Dr. Ella was amazing. She was patient, gentle, and took her time explaining every step of the process. We had planned to do three root canals, but she suggested we start with one so I could get a feel for it first. I really appreciated how understanding and sympathetic she was. I left feeling much more at peace about the next steps and truly look forward to having her continue my treatment.

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. I came in only for a cleaning, and everything was smooth and professional. The doctors were very competent and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. But I especially want to highlight Madina at the front desk, she was incredibly helpful, attentive and kind. She guided me through everything I needed and made the whole process stress-free. I’m hoping to return here in the future if I ever need more serious dental work. Highly recommend!

I had my invisalign done here - the treatment worked out well, but after asking around I'm starting to realize that I may have been overcharged. My treatment was a whopping $8,000 for a visit to pick up retainers every 3 months for 1.5 years. Not only that, but I was given only one pair of retainers post-treatment. When I asked if I could get additional pairs, I was told that more retainers were $600 a set. I don't understand how a piece of plastic, no matter how durable, can cost that much.

Dalene at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! I got lost because Apple Maps brought me to the wrong location. Dalene was very patient and helped me find the correct location in time for my appointment. Every dental office would be lucky to have her as a representative! Lusya was an excellent hygienist as well. She left my teeth feeling clean and brand new!
