The staff are very accommodating, it was easy to have my daughter and I enter as new patients. I needed a lot of fillings, they were able to keep me calm and work very quickly. I felt like the quality of care is top notch and all of the staff are very pleasant.

I have been a patient of Dr Broadbent for a short time but have had several visits due to dental needs. The dentist and his staff were recommended to me by two friends. All of my interaction with the entire staff and the doctor himself have been positive, fair, and timely. I am very pleased that I am a patient here and have had such wonderful experiences.

I recently had a deep root cleaning done, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly before starting the procedure. The deep cleaning itself was handled with care and precision. They did a fantastic job — thorough, gentle, and very attentive the whole time. I could tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work. If you’re nervous about dental work or need a deep root cleaning, I highly recommend this office. Great staff, great service, and great results. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I love going to Broadbent Family Dental! Everyone there’s has always been so welcoming and friendly. My hygienist, Andreea was so nice and very thorough. Dr. Broadbent fixed my crown within a few hours, which was amazing. I have a little anxiety with dental work because of the pain, but the staff here definitely helped.

Dr Broadbent and his staff are incredible! They are professional, kind and truly caring about their patients. They worked with me to help maximize my insurance benefits (which I find confusing) and are easy to schedule with etc. Highly recommend!
