I should have left this dental practice years ago. The primary dentist was rude, sarcastic and nasty.I stayed because this practice is near where I live, accepted my insurance and had fairly good reviews. Big mistake!! Since going to another dentist to follow up on a crown which had been rebonded by Braid St Dental I was told that I have a major infection in that tooth which should have been identified by this dental practice if they had taken the proper X-rays. Next I found out that a tooth implant was recommended. If I had not left this office I could have lost this tooth and may have had a dangerous infection. I had a great experience with Ashley. She is very professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and explained things clearly along the way.

I stayed with this office for far too long, and I regret not leaving sooner. I experienced pain and discomfort at nearly every visit— whether it was a routine cleaning or a procedure. I was assigned to Dr. Burdette, who worked very part-time, and had extremely limited availability. Her appearance was unprofessional, and her work was rushed and sloppy. I had to go back multiple times to get things corrected, and I often had pain afterwards. I was once made a retainer that was way too small, which caused terrible pain — and instead of fixing it, they blamed me, and also refused to refund me even though I couldn’t wear it. Been going there for a couple of years now. Dr. Andolino is nice but the staff are extremely rude! The nice people are gone from the reception desk. And they spring surprise bills at you with no proper explanation. Time to find a new provider!

I would highly recommend this dental care clinic! The doctors are very friendly and they will welcome you with their big confident smile! They definitely care for my feelings. I was anxious at first because it was my first time to get numb and fill a cavity, while I struggled months to find out an appropriate plan for my situation, However I had no idea about what is going to happen. They explained everything clearly to me with great patience, and tried their best to meet my needs while provide the most helpful advice to help me to be benefited between my dental insurance plans.
