She has a mastery level knowledge of anatomy including the function of our nervous system and its evident in her work. This isn’t your typical massage where the therapist manually works the muscles until they submit. She gently guides your body into relaxation and soothes your muscles to release without the pain of having a sore spot repeatedly mashed and kneaded. I scheduled a appointment for my daughter $140.00 she fell and broke her shoulder I texted to cancel the appointment on a Sunday evening for her Tuesday appointment. It was in the 48 hours Britt said it didn't fall within the cancellation policy even though it was a emergency situation. Britt said she would off a discounted price if seen before end of April. Trying to schedule and now instead of additional $40.00 it's additional$100 because" she's new pt" but she was a new pt when we scheduled first appointment. I've asked several times to speak in person or by phone and can only commuicate by text Very unprofessional to not speak to new clients. Especially when I've said texting is very difficult for me to see
