October 2025 - At Ivy's Brewed Awakenings, my comments are similar to my last review. Eating for the first time in the early afternoon, I enjoyed their egg, sausage and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. Their baked goods are so delicious, we saw one worker bring four danishes stacked on top of each other all smiles heading back to his work area. Only two muffins were left when we got there, and my family member bought both with a small coffee. # June 2025 - Returning for a follow-up appointment, we looked forward to going to Ivy's Brewed Awakenings coffee shop on the first floor again. Your expertise, compassion, and dedication made a remarkable difference in her healing journey. Dr. Dhingra, your skill and professionalism gave us great comfort and confidence throughout the process. I was in the ER yesterday due to excruciating eye pain, and everyone I encountered from start to finish was exceptional. The entire staff was compassionate, attentive, and professional during a very uncomfortable and stressful experience. Dr. Lim, in particular, had excellent bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which I truly appreciated. I was very impressed with the care I received and grateful for such a positive ER experience.

Hospital scam!! In July this year my wife and I had an emergency visit, my wife is pregnant and she was bleeding, we thought we were losing our baby, I had an accident where I couldn't bend my knee due to a fall and I thought a muscle or tendon broke. Later we received our bills expecting to pay according to our benefits of coverage through insurance, now we have $4k bills because they coded our visit as outpatient hospital for the establishment but the provider, the tests we had done and medicine was coded as emergency. Mixed charges on both of our bills, billing dept refuses to assist stating since we weren't admitted, was not considered "emergency", so why we have mixed charges again, is one or the other. Please review your bills, pretty sure we're not the only ones.

Called to schedule an outpatient service, was sent in with orders by my doctor, and upon arrival was told that they were unable to schedule me, and to go to the ER and they could register me as an outpatient. Went to the ER and was told that was not possible, and when followed up on scheduling, they said they were unable to help as they closed. A lot of the issues seem to come from antiquated systems and inept associates who would rather send you around to other departments than assist.
