Dr. Jonathan Galvez is an excellent dentist! The entire team is friendly, professional, and welcoming. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly, and the treatments are painless and very thorough. I also appreciate the modern equipment and the comfortable atmosphere in the office. I truly feel I’m in good hands here and highly recommend Dr. Galvez to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dentist.

Dr. Galvez is the real deal. I feel like he actually cares about me as a patient and person. I didn't feel pressured to get a bunch of unnecessary work done. He explained everything in an easy to understand way. I felt completely informed. Definitely will continue being his patient.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting Bristol Family Dental, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Roxana, was incredibly helpful and provided me with a wealth of information regarding my dental health. Her friendly demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable. I left feeling very satisfied with both the service and the results of my appointment. Overall, it was a positive experience that exceeded my expectations!

⚠️ WARNING: Avoid Bristol Family Dental — Especially if You’re on Medi-Cal ⚠️ I’m extremely concerned about the way this office operates. I went in for a basic cleaning and was told I needed nine cavities filled and four root canals—which was shocking, considering I’ve only ever had two cavities in my life and no pain going in. In just 1.5 hours, the dentist did a deep cleaning and filled two cavities. That’s a huge red flag. A proper deep cleaning alone takes 1.5–2 hours, often split into two visits. There’s no way this was done correctly. After the appointment: • My teeth were in pain, even though they were fine before. • One filling was done so poorly that part of it already fell out. • The quality of care was rushed, careless, and completely unethical. I went in for my semi annual teeth examination and the doctors and staff could not have been better. My experience was great to say the least… The great experience started from the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted by two very nice lady’s and then was brought back to get checked out and everybody to helped me was fantastic. Dr. Vu was great, simply a ray of sunshine!!! 10/10 will definitely be back.
