Bristol County Dentists

I have been a patient at Bristol County Dentists for years. The staff are all extremely kind and professional. They go out of there way to make their patients feel comfortable and well cared for. They are more than willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have and they thoroughly explain any procedures you may need ahead of time. They are very quick to return calls and do an excellent job of making appointments that fit your schedule. Whether it be Dr. Pinkas, Dr. Novak, the hygienists or medical secretary, you are always greeted with a smile, and instantly feel at ease and know you'll be well taken care of. I would highly recommend Bristol County Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a wonderful dental practice.

You know every Dentist office has it’s issues but when I stepped into Bristol County Dentists I knew I was in the right hands. The front desk was welcoming. The dental assistant was very thoughtful and professional with everything she did. She had a great personality and our conversation was great. Looking forward to talking to her again. The Dentist was great and funny, definitely a different dentist then the ones I had before but in a good way. I can’t believe I am saying this but I can’t wait until my next appointment!

The reviews here are misleading. The receptionist was incredibly rude. When I arrived for my appointment, she informed me that they were too busy and running behind, so they couldn’t see me. I suggested that they should have called to reschedule, but she just walked away without responding. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this office.

First, let me say that all of the staff was very nice, the receptionist, dental assistants, even Dr. Pinkas. That being said, Dr. Pinkas, like most doctors, think they know your body ( mouth in this case) better than you. My dentures were damaged so I went in to have them rebased/relined. When they came back they of course needed some readjustment. When I told the doctor where they needed to be adjusted, I was ignored and she did her own thing. Well, I went home with them and the way they fit made me look like I had an overbite that would put a beaver to shame. They also were painful so I could wear them. Dr. Pinkas did come in on a day that she doesn't usually work to try and fix them. She is only in the office on Wednesday. Her effort was much appreciated but in vain since they still

dont recommend. cost me $80 to sit in the chair for 2 seconds for them to refer me to a different spot. the refereed spot wants over a grand for extraction. found a different spot, cost me nothing for consultation and were ready to extract today and for half the asking price of the spot recommend by Bristol dentist. lady in charge also gave me attitude because she knew she was ripping me off and i told it to her face. On top of all that she never sent my prescription and is closed weekends so i had to wait 4 extra days to start antibiotics. UNPROFESSIONAL. but the other hygenist in there was really nice and i feel for her. also the receptionist is nice too.
