Brilliant Smile Dental

Had my doubts based on the reviews, but they were close by. Parking lot wasn't the greatest will all the snow we had. Then a guy came out complaining about the place. Now I'm starting to worry. Got in and went to the desk. They couldn't find my appointment (I did via email), but no issues with getting one. Waited maybe 15 minutes before getting in. The dental assistant was all apologetic for having to wait. She took my x-rays and was very nice. Hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth. Also was very nice and professional. Same for the dentist. Overall, I was very impressed. X-rays, cleaning and exam for $99 (no insurance)!! I've been to Aspen and this is far better. Will be back in 6 months!!

I went into the place and had my X-rays by a nice lady. She was very shy but nice. Then went to sit back down and the “dentist” rudely yelled at the lady who took care of me and rudely said what do you think this patient doesn’t need to be set up for the procedure. The lady who did the X-rays was told by another coworker that he was going to finish my set up because the lady needed to go on break. The “dentist” did not have to be so rude to the lady and she didn’t have to be rude to the lady or talk to her in front of me like that. She also didn’t have to yell at me. She was yelling at me because I told the “dentist” that I didn’t want to continue with the appointment.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Don’t go here. They do not care for your needs. The dentist with the hijab is rude and will give you attitude. If you respond to her, she will call the cops on you. You don’t play with people’s future like that. The assistants will talk about you behind your back and laugh at you. They make an appointment and don’t even do nothing for you. They tell you they cant do it after you are already there. They just make the appointment to get the money from it. If you want a dentist that you will feel comfortable at, don’t go here. Also, they are VERY rough handed.

I am a partially disabled u s air force veteran. I had an appointment to have 8 teeth removed. I went to brilliant smile dentistry.I let them know in advance, that I have a heart condition..and that my primary care doctor had to send them a waiver to get my teeth pulled. I also told then, I have limited funds. My insurance only would cover 7 extractions. I would cover the other one when I did it later on.. I awaited over, . an hour and 20 minutes. Just to get into the chair. When doctor I. Lee put in the injections I started getting extreme heart palapitations!!! dizziness, and I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I have a mitral valve prolapse, which is a heart condition not to be taken lightly. My natural mother passed away at thirty nine years old of a bad mitral valve... When

I went in to have a set of dentures made everything was fine. I have Husky insurance, took an x ray, and sat down in the chair to see the dentist. When the dentist came in he immediately told me that husky would not pay for my dentures because I would have to use too much "glue" to hold them in. I had never heard that before, and told him that I do not use "glue" on my current set and have had them for 9 years. He insisted that this was going to be a problem, and it made me very uncomfortable with his skills as a dentist. I told him I would go back to the dentist that did the set I had done 9 years ago. It seems to me that making those excuses right away was an excuse for him to not take me as a patient. Saying Husky would not pay is a reflection on his ability to make a set of dentures pr
