Brighterside Training Institute/CNA

I want to start by saying I had so much fun at the classes. The instructor is so amazingly nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. Mrs. Elechi never leaves you hanging, and she will always respond to your questions or concerns. This school was the best choice for me and will be for you.

My choice to attend institute was based off reviews and the offerings the school provided. My experience in the CNA class was wonderful. Originally, I was going to do online, however, in-class was well worth the effort. Ms. Joy is a great teacher, she explained things clearly, offered helpful advice and was very accommodating with the needs of the class. The resources she provided for learning helped me walk into the CNA testing with confidence. Thank you, Joy, for the meticulous training experience!

Brighterside Training Institute is an excellent place to learn. Mrs. Joy is a very good teacher knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to her students’ success. She explains everything clearly and makes sure everyone understands the material. The learning environment is supportive and encouraging. I highly recommend Brighterside Training Institute to anyone interested in becoming a CNA.

I really enjoyed this CNA class with Ms. Joy. She is a wonderful teacher her style of teaching wasn’t just to sit us down and just talk talk us through it all instead she created videos, allowed up to get up and practice things while she also demonstrated for us and this was the perfect way for me learn and interact with my class mates. Joy also created a class that works for everyone’s schedule. I was able to continue working while doing classes online and when I could I was more than welcome in her classroom and she responds very quick any and everytime I needed to reached out to her. By the last day of class Joy had me excited and ready for the next chapter in my life which is nursing school . I would recommend this class for whoever is looking to take it.

I completed my CNA training at Brighterside Training Institute, and overall it was a very good experience. The instructor Ms Joy is very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the program. The lessons were well explained. The staff was also helpful whenever I had questions or needed clarification. I’m glad I chose Brighterside for my CNA training and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid and supportive program.
