This is a must review for me. It's not often we experience customer service at this level. So, if you're not familiar with Brighter Image Dental, this is the company that manufactures the complete veneer smile without a dentist visit. I saw the advertisement, went to the Web site, watched a video, and was hooked. I placed my order, paid about $880.00 and waited. Received my impression kit less than a week later. I Followed the instructions to the letter, and was eager to mail my impressions back so I could have my set back in about a week, as I paid for the rush delivery. Dr. Chapple is AMAZING! He is so gentle and caring! Actually, the whole staff is amazing, including Barney!!!! Going to the dentist office gives me crazy anxiety! I am a huge scardy cat. Purchased another pop on brand of veneers and they were very cheap plastic material that cracked snapping them in. No CS at all. Decided to try Bil veneers and they look almost real, especially from a distance. I feel happier knowing that I can smile and laugh without fear of embarrassment. Thanks to your team.

I just have to say i have never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist office. I didn't even know he was giving me the shot, i felt nothing and then i really felt nothing afterwards. I love Dr. Chapple and his staff. I have been visiting his office since I was young and have always had great experiences. Now, I travel from Victorville to Rancho to see him. Highly recommend them.
