Bright Starr Pediatric Dentistry

Dr Thrower is absolutely amazing. She has great bedside manner ,very patient and excellent with Autistic children. She made my nephew who is normally nervous about the dentist comfortable enough to do a full exam with X-rays! The office is perfect for children they have a play area with toys, books and a TV. Her staff is especially pleasant and helpful! Natalie was a Godsend. Scheduling is also very easy and they offer text reminders. Very convenient location with parking. The building is in the shopping center near the chipotle.

We appreciate the staff for being very patient with our toddler who fears needles even though she wasn’t going to get any. They are definitely worth the wait and are passionate for their job. We keep coming back because we feel safe, valued and supported in this environment. Thank you all for all that you do for the little ones! :)

Everyone here has always been friendly and understanding with very young kids. I appreciate the toys, TV and books they have for children to interact with while waiting. My one star removal was for the wait time. I waited almost 30 minutes to be placed in a room for my child’s cleaning. We then waited another 10 min for a hygienist; it’s a long time when you have young children waiting to be seen and when you are asked to make it there earlier than the appointment time to check in. Good sound advice from the dentist and cleaning.

The office was bright and energetic. The staff were all welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr Brennen was very kind and informative with a very nice disposition and bedside manner for my child. My child was comfortable and enjoyed his teeth cleaning and oral exam. As a new patient, this experience was great. Looking forward to the 6 month follow up.

This was my last time visiting since I’m 21 now. I enjoyed the experience per usual, I was happy to see a young lady learning. Ms. Tracey did clean my teeth well, but I did not appreciate her attitude during my appointment. She was not disrespectful, but she wasn’t too welcoming either. I did not like her attitude towards the other ladies that were working among her either. Overall, 9/10 definitely would recommend.
