Update: All of the words are still true but I would not recommend this office related to their billing. I had work done December 27,2025 and they still have not completed billing my insurance. I paid for all treatment in advance. Had cleaning and they billed. Had more treatment in March 2025 and had to pay in advance and they still have not billed my insurance. I had an Appointment scheduled for cleaning in late July but cancelled and told them I could not come back for more treatment until I received payment from my insurance company. They seemed to be ok with it. I’ve been out of pocket approximately $6000 and have not seen one penny. If anyone knows where I should start on this let me know. I have talked to them multiple times with no positive outcome. Love Dr J. He has changed my life

During my recent visit, I had an uncomfortable experience with a red-haired dental assistant whose behavior felt unprofessional and intrusive. She made loud and inappropriate remarks about my dental work and asked personal questions that had nothing to do with my care. She also repeatedly asked invasive questions about my personal life and repeatedly asked if I had a significant other which made me feel very uneasy. I expect a respectful and professional environment during medical appointments, and this interaction did not meet that standard. Other than that interaction, the dentist and the rest of the staff were very professional, respectful, and made me feel well cared for. I appreciate their excellent service and hope all team members uphold the same level of professionalism.

I've been here a few times. One interaction that has always left me unhappy, and I haven't shared until recent events that lead to me feeling like I needed to.....pricing.... On this particular visit I'm referencing a root canal and crown. This service was examined, discussed and paid for in full between insurance and financing options. Signed and printed receipt at time of service. Root canal and temporary crown go as planned. I arrive a few weeks later for the permanent cap to be put on, and I get told I have to pay an additional $500 on the spot or they will not put it on. This was never discussed, and I was told there would be no additional cost when the initial paperwork was done since i was financing the repairs. To me that's wrong at time of pick up no previous notice or approval

My family and I have been going to Bright Smiles for many years. My youngest son went to him when he was a teen, he is now thirty. Our experiences with Dr. "J" has been wonderful! Not just the professionalism of the staff, but the kindness and understanding of Eli, Joe and the whole crew. They have become like family and have treated us the same.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. From Joe for scheduling me on the phone to the dental assistant who is an absolute kind angel to the dentist who is absolutely that Guy. This office is not only beautiful outside but feels so homely and breathtaking inside. I mean it’s just a beautiful place to feel and look your best with the best dental team. I love them and highly highly recommend them.
