Wonderful pharmacy. A lot of different products. Great variety of honey and jam. They have their own bakery section. So, they make their own bread. You can also purchase coffee for yourself. And whatever pastry left from the day before, they give it to you for $1... great location. Right next to the bus stop. The subway is blocks away. The cashiers are very friendly and patient. I love this place!

This place is amazing. Their customer service is top notch. Warm and friendly is the way customer service should be.

Hello how are you? I hope you're doing well. As a long term costumer, I have no complains. But today, I came to your pharmacy without proper care of my apperance. My hair was a mess. And it's really obvious that your worker, with a cap was standing and going after me. And when I politely said "I know it's your job, but you're creating discomfort." And I get it we all human beings. I came right to your pharmacy, I could've gone to some other place. Like in Shipshad Bay. Personally, to my response, I received "it's my job." And later in Russian I was specifically asked to to leave the store. Of course in curse launguge. Not being mean. But regardless of his or her job, you should at least be respectful to your client. Why don't you use cameras instead?

They are amazing, polite and pleasant !! I called the mainline Tuesday morning . The calltime was no more than 15 minutes . I was able to receive the status updates on my account and put a delivery order through....THANK YOU Bright Pharmacy & Medical Supply Inc. Let me not forget they even pronounced my last name correctly, that's very rare. If I can give more than 5 stars I would add another 5 stars , well deserved!!

Every time i visit Brooklyn ,i have to stop by in to my favorite place , get my fresh coffee and pastries , let me tell you , the most welcome and great hospitality place from all pharmacy i been in Brooklyn! Working stuff so sweet and oll ways good vibe ! Make sure you check this place Thay have any thing you need from piles to toys and more love this place will oll ways come back ! 🫶
