1-Bright, clean and open space with room for growth (not sure they're looking to hire though). 2-Phenomenal Dentist, friendly dental asst I arrived early a half-hour early my appointment as a new patient as instructed and was told by the front desk that everyone was at lunch so I should wait. While I waited a few people arrived and my presence was not acknowledged. I went to the desk, told them I was new and needed to fill out paperwork. I was then handed the forms. Just before my appointment time I was greeted by the dental asst. She took my xrays and made sure I was comfortable. Kind and friendly. I saw then escorted to an expansive back portion of the offices/exam rooms & greeted by the hygienist. The hygienist graded my gums, examined my teeth and then left. Also friendly. Dr. Sahu

If you need extensive care I recommend a private practice. These corporate subsideries of smile brand inc. do not communicate well with each other. If you need more than general dentistry for example a paridondist, endodontist and/or oral surgeon be ready to keep track of your own care. Or else you will have unnecessary procedures, constant misunderstandings and they will say things to you like well we can't help you because you didn't set up appointments... when your general dentist told you not to. Or you were the one who didn't tell us your tooth broke... when you called their front desk and they instructed you to wait for your cleaning if you were not in pain. Etc etc.... endless examples of a complete lack of communication between your general dentist, the front desk and specialist in

WARNING: This is the worst place I’ve ever had dental work done. I paid for their in house insurance which was a scam. I got the bill then mentioned I had their insurance expecting the price to come down, which is what they offer with this insurance plan, reduced rates, but after they did their readjustment, they “realized “they forgot to add a few items to my bill, which brought it back up to the original price without insurance. Pretty sure that’s illegal but at the time I didn’t really have the means to defend myself from this type of predatorial behavior, also the work they did didn’t last a day and when I try to get them to fix their shoddy work, they charged me again

Worst customer service ever! -5 rating!! They are all about getting as much money out of the patient as possible. I even tried to talk to the manager, but she said she was “too busy” !! They don’t care about the patient, they care more about billing and having YOU pay. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!! There’s a reason why the waiting room is rather empty!!!

I used to trust this place and their care. My favorite dentist has left the practice. Since then, this place seems to be falling apart. The front desk acted as if they didn't care about me or the business. They kept repeating the same thing to me as if I was dumb. The periodontist recommended a procedure, I signed the out of pocket estimate, and then I was told that the periodontist never recommended the procedure. I requested a call back from the periodontist. That never happened. The new dentist is horrible and doesn't seem to know what she is doing. This place should be shut down.
