Been going to this dental office for years and I can’t explain how amazing it is. From the staff to the services, they really do make you feel like you’re a priority. I had an issue with my bill and the office manager did everything she could to resolve it for me. They really do truly care about their patients.

Dr. Elshafie was really great! He was very gentle and explained everything he was doing and answered any questions I had. The girls in the front were also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

Worst dental experience of my life. Their office manager has absolutely no regard for patients. Luckily I knew to have my benefits handy. When I asked for the process she flipped out on me. Very condescending, aggressive, abusive and rude. I do not know how they continue to employ this person. My first sign should have been overcharging my daughter. Second should have been needing to be buzzed in. Third should have been the front desk being rude to her coworker for not offering to pick up a 12 food item in front of everyone berating her for not offering…Luckily we were able to be seen the next day by Oxnard Modern Dentistry where they went over every charge one by one. Nice to eachother and patients. Somehow out out of pocket was magically less than Bright Now. I guess when you are not pot

An amazing experience with the office and office manager Sonia, she was super sweet and explained everything thoroughly to me. Great staff everyone was super friendly and helpful, definitely a place I would come back to for dental work!
