I came to this office because I had swelling and pain in the gum behind my lower left molar. It was just one area that hurt. I had no fever, no facial swelling, nothing serious — just gum pain. After taking X-rays, I was told nothing was wrong. I was not given any oral antibiotics or medication for the pain. Instead, I was presented with a treatment plan costing $1,240 for several antibiotic injections for periodontal treatment. I was told my Medi-Cal insurance would not cover it. It felt like I came in for a simple gum issue but was pushed toward expensive procedures that didn’t seem urgent. I had an appointment on Monday, February 9th, for 10:30 AM. I arrived early and everything was fine, the staff maintained a level of professional, with one exception. The dentist extended his hand to me, and I told him my Islamic religion didn't allow for me to shake hands with a man. Any touching outside of medical support, is deemed unnecessary. He later told me that he knew about that restriction beforehand, and he apologized. I didn't appreciate the games, but I needed dental support. After his examination, he stepped out of the room so I could meet with the medical biller. OK, that's done. The dentist took an unusually long time to get back to me. The majority of the staff is great! You can feel a good vibe! There are at least two staff members who do not need to work on kids. I think this dentistry is great for Adult but has a lot to learn about dealing with Children. The worker in this picture was great!!!!!! The doctor took over our case and was amazing. He was kind, professional, experienced and really turned this visit into and an amazing one. It was so amazing I had to edit my previous posting. Thank you Doctor G!

I've always had a good experience here at Bright Now. Dentists are very nice and professional. Special shout out to my dental hygienist today, he was very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone takes the time to explain procedures, options, cost etc. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but typically I don't wait very long. Thanks Brite Now for taking good care of me!

Great service. The hygienist took real good care of me. They listen to my concerns and let me know my options especially the best ones when money is a issue. Also my teeth n gums feel better n cleaner. There is a wait time pass ur appt time but all dentist places are like that im just glad I didnt wait for 2 to 3 hours like with western dental.
