Pretty efficient service from initial consultation to the actual dental treatment. Front desk staff was knowledgeable made me feel at ease and took care of forms for the insurance claim. Was accommodated rather quick didn't have to wait months for an appointment. The dentist was professional, took time explaining the process with care and pressition. A5+++ experience.

I am sharing my personal experience with this dental office. The first time at this office, I went in for a routine cleaning with a hygienist who used an ultrasonic cleaner. During the cleaning, my bottom tooth was chipped. On my drive home, I noticed the tooth felt very rough to my tongue. I returned for a follow up to see what the issue was and learned the tooth was chipped. At that visit, my insurance was charged for the appointment, even though the issue appeared to be related to the prior cleaning. Afterward, I experienced tooth sensitivity from the ultrasonic cleaning for about three months, which I had never experienced before. During the exam after the cleaning, I was told I had two “shallow cavities” on molars, even though no cavities were visible on the X-rays at the time. When

I absolutely love this place! I recommend it highly! It’s hard to find a decent dentist and dental office that accepts Medicaid, this not only has been the best dentist I have found thus far for Medicaid, but also when I didn’t have Medicaid.
