Brier Creek Orthodontics: Dr. Gina Lee

Jenny is so sweet and kind! I went in to have my retainers checked, and she made me feel completely comfortable. Everyone at the facility is always so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been seeing Dr. Gina Lee and her wonderful team for over five years now, and I truly consider them all my friends.

A few years after my ortho treatments here, I moved out of state. A while later, my retainers were shot to pieces and, naturally, I waited until they were unsalvageable to try and find a replacement. I called my local dentist in a panic, who quoted me 2+ weeks to get new ones made. I called up Dr Lee’s office for the first time in years and within 24 hours they had printed off a new pair and overnighted them to me hundreds of miles away. I was blown away by the attention, diligence and responsiveness of Dr Lee’s staff for a former patient. They saved my smile.

I’m an adult who wanted an extra retainer made. It is not from this practice. My dentist offered to make it, but I thought it made sense to do it at an orthodontist even though it would be about $35 more expensive. I wanted to see the doctor because it’s her practice and I thought she might want to make changes. The staff “forgot” to give me the new patient forms until a few minutes before my appointment. I was early. I waited a little bit past my appointment time. Then I found out that they scheduled my appointment on a day that the doctor was not in the office. They put me in a room of about 10 exam chairs then said “oh doctor is not here”. Really? I think I’ll just get this done at my dentist.

This is a great office! Highly recommend. The staff is very kind and skilled and Dr. Lee is a great orthodontist. I’m grateful I chose Dr. Lee!
